Has anyone heard anything else about this contest? Is it still on? When is the end date? Are all 7 key metrics still in play? Do you find this valuable?

I don't think the contest has yet started. The seven key metrics (I think) were ideas about what the contest *could* entail, not what the contest actually is/was. Do you find this valuable?
