Being able to Challenge a "Decline":

I know this may become cumbersome. Now, I'm not talking about declinations because of new sites, too many adds, or unstable sites. My concern is with maybe an oversite by the site screener or them not really following through completely. I know there are many sites to sort through. But very good data/connections can be lost in this process. Having them declined from the site permanently if they may not have been screened thoroughly can become an issue. Do you find this valuable?
